We currently deliver all products across the UAE & Lebanon within city limits through our partner courier company.

Delivery charges:
Below are the flat charge regardless of the order value and the weight:

15 AED per order within Dubai, Ajman and Sharjah

25 AED per order within Abu Dhabi, Umm Al Quwain, Ras al Khaymah and Fujairah

7.5 AED per order all over Lebanon  

The shipping charges are indicated at the point of checkout before you make your payment.

Payment:

We are accept Cash on delivery and Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards.

If your credit/debit card payment did not go thought, please contact us at enquiry@thechefswarehousebymg.com so that we send you a secure link to make your payment.


Change of delivery details after you place the order:
Drop us a line at enquiry@thechefswarehousebymg.com and we'll see what we can do. If your order has already been dispatched, we will unfortunately not be able to change any delivery details. However, a change of address could delay the delivery.

Pick up the order:
Due to the nature of our supply chain, this is currently not possible.

Delivery Time:
The delivery time will be specified while placing your order as it depends if the items you order are available in your country or not.


How to track the order:
We will send you an email with an order number that you can use in your communication with our team. If you did not receive the confirmation mail, please check your junk or spam mail or send us a mail at enquiry@thechefswarehousebymg.com

International Shipment:
For the moment, we do not deliver orders outside to the UAE and Lebanon.

Order Cancellation:
We reserve our right to cancel your order in case of the following:

  1. You did not provide the information, details or documents required for the completion or delivery of the Goods you order
  2. You did not allow us to deliver the Goods to you after three (3) attempts 
  3. We are also entitled, at our sole discretion, to withhold for investigation, refuse or reject to process any orders that we detect as bulk purchasing (exceed quantity limit), having questionable or erroneous information or payment details necessary to process the order and/or any other suspicious transaction.

Exchange Policy:

We do not accept returns except on the case or manufacturing defect. We are happy to offer you an exchange or credit note. This will be possible 5 days after the reception of the order.
