Your Order: Information about the availability of an item is updated at frequent intervals on the Website. However, this information is a guide. The final order confirmation will be received only after the "pay" button is clicked on due to an online shop's extremely dynamic nature. Website will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries according to the law of the United Arab Emirates.

 

Returns: We have a 30-day return policy for products with a manufacturing defect. If you need to return anything due to a manufacturing defect, we'll be happy to exchange the product or provide a refund provided that it's returned within the specified 30-day return period and returned in same condition as you received it,(boxes, packing, sticker on items, etc....)with the original receipt. Products not eligible for exchange or return: Discounted products and edible products.
Exchange is only accepted in the country where the purchase is made.

Refund: A refund will be issued in case a product cannot be repaired or replaced. The refund will be in the same way the payment was made.

Warranties: The warranty, if applicable, would apply as per the terms provided by the warranty document enclosed with the product. Any product information or other information published via the Website is given to our best knowledge. However, all this information shall not, as far as legally permissible, create any guarantee or representation of any kind or any liability to MG Hotel Supplies and shall not relieve the user from undertaking his/her own research, investigations, and tests.

 

Inaccuracy: From time to time, there may be information on our Website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to rectify any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (even after you have submitted your order).

Online Payment and Security: Your credit card number is not captured nor stored by our servers. However, any data transmission over the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your contact and transaction information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our website. Therefore, do not take any responsibility for any such leakage of such information. As such, you are providing the information and undertaking the transaction solely at your own risk.

For the acceptance of customers' payments for the purchase of products and/or services offered on the website, we enter into arrangements with payment service providers as per industry practices. The entire payment transaction processing, verification, validation, and authorization would be governed by the terms and conditions of the payment service provider, credit or debit card issuer, voucher or coupon issuer, or other approved payment solution provider. We will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any wrongful, unauthorized, erroneous, or incorrect payment effected by a customer and payment service provider or its authorized partners using the website. Any complaints that customers may have against the payment mechanism or functioning or malfunctioning of the payment modalities are to be dealt with directly with the debit or credit card issuer or such approved payment service provider or their respective partners. Our obligation to deliver the products shall only arise after receipt of cleared funds in our account. In the event short funds are received, we will have no obligation to deliver the products or inform the customer. All information and details regarding payments should be between the customer and approved payment service provider and/or debit or credit card issuer and/or voucher or coupon issuer and/or other approved payment solution provider only. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED and USD currencies.

 

Your TCW Account: When you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining your account's security, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the account. We strongly urge you to keep any password you establish with us in a safe place and not divulge it to anyone. Remember to log off your account and close your browser window when you have finished your visit. This ensures that others cannot access your account, especially if you are sharing a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place such as a library or Internet cafe. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.

Credit notes & Gift Cards: Credit notes & Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. You do not need to used it in full in one single order.

Credit notes & Gift Cards do not need to be used in full in one single purchase.

 

Limitation of Liability: In no event will MG Hotel Supplies or its related entities, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (I) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that exceed the price paid by you to MG Hotel Supplies under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action. (v) any loss or harm caused to the customers or any third party on account of any wrongful, short, excess, erroneous payment having been effected MG Hotel Supplies shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond its reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

 

Intellectual Property: This Agreement does not transfer from MG Hotel Supplies to you any of it’s or third-party intellectual property. All rights, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with MG Hotel Supplies and its respective owners. The Chefs Warehouse by MG logo and all other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with MG Hotel Supplies or the Website are MG Hotel Supplies' trademarks or its respective owners. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Website may be the trademarks of other third parties.

 

Governing Law: This Agreement, and any access to or use of the Website will be governed by the laws of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates applicable therein. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

 

Policy Changes: Although most changes are likely to be minor, MG Hotel Supplies may change its Privacy Policy from time to time. We encourage you to frequently check this page for any changes to this Privacy Policy.
