Refund policy

Returns: We have a 30-day return policy for products with a manufacturing defect. If you need to return anything due to a manufacturing defect, we'll be happy to exchange the product or provide a refund provided that it's returned within the specified 30-day return period and returned in same condition as you received it,(boxes, packing, sticker on items, etc....)with the original receipt. Products not eligible for exchange or return: Discounted products and edible products. Exchange is only accepted in the country where the purchase is made.

Refund: A refund will be issued in case a product cannot be repaired or replaced only. The refund will be in the same way the payment was made.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Warranties: The warranty, if applicable, would apply as per the terms provided by the warranty document enclosed with the product. Any product information or other information published via the Website is given to our best knowledge. However, all this information shall not, as far as legally permissible, create any guarantee or representation of any kind or any liability to MG Hotel Supplies and shall not relieve the user from undertaking his/her own research, investigations, and tests.


Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchange Policy: We do not accept returns except on the case or manufacturing defect. We are happy to offer you an exchange or credit note. This will be possible 5 days after the reception of the order.
